Bressler Welcomes Daniel J. Gilfarb to its Florida Office

MIRAMAR, FL - Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce that Daniel J. Gilfarb joined the firm as an Associate in the firm's Securities Law and Commercial Litigation practice groups.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gilfarb worked at a litigation boutique specializing in managed care and gained extensive experience representing numerous health plans in health benefit cases on both the state and federal levels, particularly in the areas of claims disputes, ERISA matters, and tort related litigation based on utilization review and coverage determinations.  Mr. Gilfarb also has considerable experience in litigation with an emphasis on medical based claims.

Mr. Gilfarb earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.  He received his B.S. from the University of Florida.

Mr. Gilfarb is admitted to practice in Florida.
