Bressler Co-Hosts Environmental Seminar

Bressler, Amery & Ross will co-host a seminar with Eikon Planning and Design, LLC on environmenal law, focusing on implementing regulations of the New Jersey's Site Remediation Reform Act ("SRRA"). The goal of the seminar is not only to introduce attendees to the requirements of the SRRA, but to do so in a way that the attendees will hopefully find useful. New requirements as they apply to a hypothetical "commercial transactional" situation that is designed to involve issues will be discussed.
