Ms. Manning’s practice focuses on litigation and appellate advocacy.  She has extensive experience handling complex claims, including defending professionals in negligence and breach of fiduciary duty claims.  As part of her practice, she appears in both state and federal courts, and argues frequently in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Ms. Manning regularly speaks and publishes on topical issues.  Ms. Manning has authored chapters for LexisNexis Practice Guides on Commercial and Personal Injury Litigation, and has also provided expert commentary for LexisNexis on civil procedure and insurance issues.  She is a contributing author for the New Jersey segment of the American Bar Association’s "50 State Survey of Legal Malpractice Law" web publication. She has been a featured speaker at seminars presented by New Jersey’s Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Ms. Manning is an active member of the legal community.  She is appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the District XA Ethics Committee, as well as its Committee on Women in the Courts.  She is the Secretary of the Morris County Bar Association, and the Treasurer/Secretary of Trial Attorneys of New Jersey.

Ms. Manning was selected as a 2009 and 2010 New Jersey Super Lawyer.  She was also selected as one of the New Jersey Law Journal’s 2007 "40 Under 40."
