James P. Sasso Associate
|
Mr. Sasso is a proficient member of the firm’s Insurance Law, Insurance Litigation and Construction Law practice groups. He concentrates in the area of insurance law, predominantly on behalf of insurance companies and broker/agents in corporate activities and regulatory matters before state administrative agencies. Mr. Sasso is a registered New Jersey lobbyist and assists insurance companies in presenting and achieving their objectives.
Mr. Sasso also litigates construction and commercial actions. He has represented clients in contract disputes, negotiations, consumer fraud litigation, and regulatory matters.
At Seton Hall Law School, Mr. Sasso served as the ABA Law Student Division Liaison to the Section of Dispute Resolution and as a member of the Seton Hall Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board. He was a Member of the Law Student Board Special Standing Committee within the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section for the 2007-2008 term. While in law school, he worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Claire Cecchi, U.S. Magistrate of the U.S District Court for the District of New Jersey, and as a law intern at the Seton Hall Urban Revitalization Project. He was a law clerk for the PSE&G legal department for the 2007-2008 year.
Mr. Sasso is an alumnus of the Bressler, Amery & Ross summer associate program. He received his undergraduate degree in Government with a minor in Public Policy.
