Mr. Ostrowsky chairs the firm’s Real Estate Law practice group, and is a member of the Corporate and Business Law, Construction Law and Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy practice groups.  For more than 25 years, he has practiced in all areas of commercial, corporate, and real estate law.  His experience includes the handling of complex commercial litigation matters relating to all types of corporate and real estate issues.  Mr. Ostrowsky has represented many commercial enterprises in their litigation needs which have included shareholder disputes, corporate deadlock, forced dissolution, contract disputes and employer-employee issues.  He currently represents institutional lenders and companies, as well as owners and developers, and handles their needs relating to all types of litigation and contract disputes, and has extensive experience in alternate dispute resolution.

Mr. Ostrowsky has extensive experience in all areas of real estate, including all types of transactional work, mortgage financing, real estate development, and land use applications.  He has represented a wide range of purchasers and sellers in commercial transactions, including shopping center sales, office buildings and multi-use properties.  His real estate litigation experience includes representation of business and lenders on issues relating to lien priority, work out and foreclosure matters, and complex breach of contract actions.  Mr. Ostrowsky represents real estate developers and operators of both residential and commercial properties, and advises these clients on all aspects of their businesses.  He has extensive experience in representing lenders, owners and developers in asserting and litigating creditor claims in bankruptcy proceedings, negotiating workout arrangements, debt restructuring and all related matters.

With respect to corporate matters, Mr. Ostrowsky has represented businesses in all aspects of corporate work, including acquisitions, sales, corporate structuring, and the preparation of corporate documentation of all types of businesses.  He advises businesses on any and all of their corporate needs.

Mr. Ostrowsky has extensive experience in representing contractors throughout the metropolitan area, and has prepared and reviewed contracts and agreements for entities in the construction/contractor industry.  He has broad experience in dealing with construction lien issues, and the application of the New Jersey construction lien statute to potential litigation relating to construction law disputes, and has advised clients regularly on these issues.
