Mr. Dos Santos is a resourceful member of the firm’s insurance litigation, commercial litigation, and workers’ compensation practice areas. He litigates insurance and commercial cases in federal courts throughout the country and regularly appears in workers’ compensation matters before the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation.

Mr. Dos Santos is also a member of the firm's construction law practice group. At Penn State Dickinson School of Law, Mr. Dos Santos concentrated much of his academic study on subjects related to construction law and, during two semesters, worked with the Cumberland County (PA) Housing and Redevelopment Authority on construction and redevelopment projects. From this experience in the construction industry through college and law school, Mr. Dos Santos has continued to dedicate part of his legal practice to industry issues.

As an active pro bono volunteer with the New Jersey Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project, Mr. Dos Santos represents victims of domestic violence. He is also an alumnus of the Bressler, Amery & Ross summer associate program.

In law school, Mr. Dos Santos served as a law clerk with North Penn Legal Services, an organization dedicated to providing civil legal representation to low income clients. He was an editor of The Penn State Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in history and political science from Lehigh University with High Honors. While in college, he interned with the Northampton County Office of the District Attorney.
