Ian is a seasoned trial attorney – successfully representing his clients in a variety of legal forums. As a member of both the Firm’s Securities and Litigation departments, Ian has consistently achieved optimal results for his clients.
Ian received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Prior to law school, Ian earned his B.A. in Economics and History from Union College in Schenectady, New York. While there, he authored a thesis detailing the rise and fall of electric utility regulation in New Jersey. Ian is a 2014 graduate of the American Association of Justice’s, Ultimate Trial Advocacy College at Harvard Law School.
Before joining Bressler, Amery & Ross, Ian concentrated his practice in the areas of Civil Litigation – recovering compensation for victims of negligence. He successfully represented his clients in mediation, arbitration, and numerous jury trials. Since joining Bressler, Amery, & Ross, Ian has expanded his practice to include a specialty in arbitrations and litigations involving brokerage firms and registered representatives before federal and state courts, and self-regulatory organizations.
