Nicolis Singer is an associate in the firm’s Securities Litigation and Regulatory practice group. He specializes in arbitration and litigation that involve brokerage firms and registered representatives before federal and state courts, and self-regulatory organizations. Nicolis also represents individuals and business organizations before state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York.
An alumnus of the Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. summer associate program, Nicolis joined the firm upon receiving his J.D. from William & Mary Law School. While at William & Mary he was a member of the Moot Court team and the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review. Nicolis also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Raymond A. Jackson, Eastern District of Virginia and interned for the New York State Division of Human Rights. He received his B.A. degree in History magna cum laude from The University of Georgia.
