NEW ASSOCIATES

Each new associate at Bressler, Amery & Ross works closely with the partner responsible for the particular file. Bressler, Amery & Ross’ “open door” policy also provides a new associate with a wealth of experience to tap into for guidance and direction. All Bressler, Amery & Ross associates have significant client contact and responsibilities. The quality of work, the responsibilities, and the ability to work closely with the partners provide exceptional legal training for a new associate.

New attorneys at Bressler, Amery & Ross are given a wealth of responsibility in the handling of their caseload. The associate is deemed an integral and essential part of the legal "team" at Bressler, Amery & Ross. While our primary focus is the quality of work and the diligent representation of the clients, the informal atmosphere provides for an enjoyable workplace.

SUMMER ASSOCIATES

Bressler, Amery & Ross relies heavily on its summer program as a source of future full-time associates. Our summer program usually begins in middle to late May. The length of the program is flexible and depends largely upon the particular summer associate’s schedule.

The summer program at Bressler, Amery & Ross is unique. Through the supervision of the hiring partner, the summer associates receive assignments from as many attorneys as possible. Summer associates are integrated into the firm and given enjoyable opportunities and significant responsibilities making the summer program a professionally rewarding experience. Summer associates are invited to observe trials, depositions, court appearances, and client meetings. In addition, summer associates are invited to attend various social activities throughout the summer.
