Daniel B. Allison practices in the Firm’s Insurance Litigation Group out of the Fort Lauderdale office. Daniel handles insurance coverage, bad faith, and insurance litigation matters (first and third party) for a variety of domestic and international insurance carriers, as well as construction litigation matters on behalf of individuals and business entities and as appointed counsel by insurers. Daniel also handles appellate matters for the Insurance Litigation Group.

Daniel has acted on behalf of a number of insurers (primary and excess) in many capacities, including as coverage counsel, bad faith/monitoring counsel, pre-suit/investigatory counsel, defense counsel, and plaintiff’s counsel. Daniel has also successfully represented various individuals, government entities, and business entities.

Prior to joining Bressler, Daniel worked at two large insurance defense firms in South Florida and a boutique law firm with a national practice out of Tallahassee, Florida. He earned experience in a wide array of legal arenas, including: pre-suit investigations, insurance coverage, bad faith, first and third party insurance litigation, construction law, product defect litigation, aviation law, E&O and D&O policies, maritime law, international casualty torts, personal injury, employment law, premises liability, commercial litigation, contracts, franchise law, and administrative law.

Daniel earned his B. S. from the University of Florida and his J.D., cum laude, with a Certificate in Business Law, magna cum laude, from the Florida State University College of Law.
