Health Care Reform: Its Impact on Employers and Employee Sponsored Health Plans

On May 3, 2010, Bressler, Amery & Ross will conduct a breakfast seminar on how "The Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act" dramatically changes the laws controlling health plans. Now that the reforms have been signed into law, sweeping changes are coming to the health care system as a whole and that means new rules for employers, employer sponsored health plans, insurance companies, and the lawyers who represent them. This seminar provides an overview of the new regulations governing this new system.
