On Tuesday, January 17, 2012, Wes Holston spoke at the South Palm Beach County Bar Association Securities Committee Luncheon.  He spoke on The Secrets of Successfully Arbitrating a FINRA Case from the Masters.

December 2011

On December 7, 2011, Charles W. Stotter spoke at the “Bridge-the-Gap: Ethics, Skills & More” CLE program sponsored by the New York City Bar Association.  Charles spoke on the topic, “Practical Aspects of New York State Civil Practice.”

On December 6, 2011, Michael Hensley will be a speaker at the NJICLE's program "Handling Contract/Commercial Litigation Issues".  The seminar will prepare attorneys to counsel a client who claim a contract has been breached, or is being accused of breaching a contract.  Topics will  include what client's rights are, effective strategies for resolving such disputes, and if all else fails, how to litigate the case to achieve the best result for the client.

Update on Ethics Issues for Insurance Defense Counsel

On November 21, 2011, Bressler, Amery & Ross, along with the Law Office of Baumann & Viscomi will conduct a seminar on ethical issues for the insurance defense counsel.  The speakers will discuss changes to the Rules of Court, as well as how to avoid or resolve ethics issues during representation.
