On March 26, 2010, Bressler, Amery & Ross will co-host a seminar with Eikon Planning and Design, LLC on environmenal law, focusing on implementing regulations of the New Jersey's Site Remediation Reform Act ("SRRA").  The goal of the seminar is not only to introduce attendees to the requirements of the SRRA, but to do so in a way that the attendees will hopefully find useful.  New requirements as they apply to a hypothetical "commercial transactional" situation that is designed to involve issues will be discussed.

On November 16, 2009, Michael L. Ostrowsky, a member of the firm's Real Estate practice group, spoke at the NYU Schack Institute Graduate School to students in the Masters/Real Estate program.

On November 4, 2009 Patrick Mottola was a panelist at the 2009 Professional Development Conference of The New Jersey EHS+HS  (Environmental Health & Saftey and Homeland Security).   Mr. Mottola's topic was "Legal Fiduciary and Liability questions answered regarding LSRP."

On October 15, 2009, Alex J. Sabo, a Member in the firm’s Miramar, Florida office participated in a presentation to students in the fall Administrative Law class at the University of Miami School of Law.  Mr. Sabo addressed the SEC’s role in regard to interpretation and enforcement of federal securities laws and regulations.  Mr. Sabo participated as part of the Miramar, Florida office’s ongoing commitment to assist law schools in South Florida.
