Justin L. Schiff is an associate in Bressler's Insurance Litigation group in Florida. His civil litigation focuses on first party insurance defense and pre-litigation investigations and evaluations.
Prior to joining the firm, Justin received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While attending law school, Justin was one of the first legal interns to take part in Miami’s Start-up Law Practicum, providing legal services to South Florida’s emerging technology start-up industry. Justin also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Irma Raker (Ret.) of the Maryland Court of Appeals and as a member of Charles C. Papy Moot Court Board. Justin is also a member of the innovative Law Without Walls community.
Justin previously spent time in the sports marketing industry and received his undergraduate business degree from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, where he served as president of the undergraduate Business Law Society.
