In 2007, former Halliburton/Kellogg Brown Root (KBR) employee Jamie Leigh Jones brought a lawsuit against her employer alleging that in July 2005 she was attacked and gang raped by coworkers in Iraq. Her lawsuit included claims of sexual harassment and hostile work environment, negligence, retaliation, false imprisonment, breach of contract, fraud, assault and battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
