Robert Segear accepted into the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel
Bressler attorney Robert C. Segear has been accepted into the Class II of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”).
Robert C. Segear is an associate in the firm’s Estate Planning and Administration practice. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Florida. He holds an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. Robert earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. from Emory University.
The Florida Fellows Institute was created by Florida ACTEC Fellows to develop the future leaders within the estate planning community through a series of educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field from across the U.S. The institute includes three, two-day sessions for lawyers who were nominated by a Florida ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process. The program begins in November 2016 and concludes in May 2017.
The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel is a national organization of lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.
