Overview

Samantha is an associate in the Insurance and Healthcare Regulatory Compliance and Transactional practice group focusing her practice on legal matters related to health insurance policies and claims. She has experience handling insurance contracts, providing legal advice to clients on coverage issues, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in litigation related to insurance disputes. Samantha advises clients on insurance and healthcare regulatory matters and works on transactional matters, litigation, and reinsurance, as well as general corporate matters. She represents health insurers, Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), intermediary entities, such as Organized Delivery Systems (ODSs), and third-party administrators as well as other managed care entities.

Samantha earned her B.A., cum laude, in Psychology from James Madison University in 2018 and her J.D. with a concentration in Health Law from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2022. During law school, she served as an Associate Editor and a Comments Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, a Student Advocate in the FINRA Investor Advocacy Program, and a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Following law school, Samantha served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Catherine I. Enright, J.A.D., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
