The labor and employment attorneys in our Construction Law Group help construction companies run their businesses with as little interference as possible.  They represent employers in labor negotiations, arbitrations, strikes, lockouts, and unfair labor practice cases.  They are skilled in obtaining strike related injunctions and fending off 10(j) injunctions sought by the NLRB.  Bressler’s labor and employment attorneys represent construction employers in prevailing wage investigation and enforcement conducted by federal and state Wage and Hour Divisions, and defend them in wage and hour  lawsuits.  They also represents construction company employers in ERISA and Taft-Hartley Funds litigation.
