Suzanne is an associate in the Firm’s Insurance Litigation group and focuses her practice on insurance defense.
Prior to joining Bressler, Amery & Ross, Suzanne handled insurance defense and general liability cases, as well as contract matters. She has defended numerous corporations and education institutions in a variety of civil litigation matters, including, inter alia, employment law, construction and labor law, products liability, premises liability, general negligence, first-party property insurance and Title IX. Her work with contracts focused primarily on the review and negotiation of insurance and indemnification provisions for vendor and affiliation agreements.
Suzanne earned her J.D. at Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. During her time in law school, she was actively involved as Treasurer to the Public Interest Law Organization of Touro (PILOT). In conjunction with PILOT and the Center for Restorative Practices, she created the Juvenile Justice Project to help alleviate the school-to-prison pipeline in Suffolk County, New York. As a result of her work with PILOT, Suzanne received the Touro Law Center Award for Exceptional Public and Community Service. Prior to attending law school, Suzanne graduated from the University of Toronto, earning a B.A. (Hons), with Distinction, in Criminology and Political Science.
