Christopher Ko is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law practice groups. Chris has extensive litigation experience in both the State and Federal courts in New Jersey and New York.
Chris focuses his practice in insurance litigation and represents insurers, claims administrators, trust administrators, and brokers in a wide array of matters involving errors and omissions, coverage, and premium and audit disputes. His expertise includes handling complex actions initiated by government agencies, trusts, and insureds as well as coverage disputes relating to long-term care policies.
Chris earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law - Newark where he served as a Contracts Teaching Assistant, member of the Rutgers Conflict Resolution Law Journal, and Executive Committee Member of the Asian/Pacific-American Law Students Association. Prior to joining the firm, Chris worked as an intern with American International Group's law department and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Joseph A. Dickson, U.S.M.J. for the District of New Jersey.
