Emily Rodriguez joined Bressler, Amery and Ross, P.C as an associate in the Commercial Litigation and Insurance Litigation practice area upon graduating from Rutgers School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and in the top 10% of her class. Emily is an alumnus of the Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. summer associate program.

While at Rutgers School of Law, Emily served as President of the STOP Violence Against Women Association, Vice President of Community Affairs for the Association of Latin American Law Students, Vice Chair of the Domestic Violence Advocacy Program and Technology Editor for the Women’s Rights Law Reporter.

Emily also worked with the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) advocating for non-English speaking victims of domestic violence. Emily was awarded the Justice Pollock Fellowship and also represented Rutgers Law School in Paris, France at the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition.

Emily earned a B.A. in English from the University of Vermont.
