Evan Yablonsky is a principal in Bressler's Commercial Litigation and Insurance Litigation practice areas.
Evan has over nine years of litigation experience overseeing a wide variety of cases in both federal and state courts throughout the country. This experience includes being lead counsel in over fifteen jury trials as well as taking hundreds of hours of trial, motion and deposition testimony. Evan handles an extensive array of matters focused on the insurance industry including cases involving money laundering, national accounts / loss sensitive insurance programs, premium and audit disputes, coverage counseling and litigation including provider care and long-term care cases, and workers compensation matters. Clients look to Evan for superior representation in the form of creative solutions to complex problems handled in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Evan’s practice also includes the representation of those clients accused of both municipal and state court criminal charges.
Before joining Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., Evan was an Assistant Deputy Public Defender for the State of New Jersey. In that capacity he represented indigent individuals throughout all stages of litigation, from initial pleadings, to motion practice, to settlement negotiations, through trial. Prior to his work at the Public Defender's Office, Evan was a law clerk for the Honorable Peter V. Ryan, J.S.C.
