Jordan S. Weitberg will be speaking at the 72nd Semi Annual Tax and Estate Planning Forum on Wednesday, December 3 at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel in Iselin, New Jersey.
Jordan will speak on the following topic: “Lash, Niles, Vayda and Stockdale: The Differing Theories for the Imposition of Counsel Fees in Estate Litigation Cases.” His discussion will include an analysis of four recently-decided New Jersey Supreme Court cases that address the shifting of attorney’s fees in trusts and estates litigation.
