From the NJICLE website:
Labor and employment litigation is interesting, often complicated and fraught with ethical minefields from beginning to end. From the retention stage, through discovery, trial and settlement, the employment litigator must always foresee potential ethical pitfalls regarding conflicts, candor, inadvertent disclosure, improper acquisition of documents and confidentiality.

Our program brings together some of the state’s leading employment litigators who will discuss the ethical hazards that are present throughout litigation and provide thoughtful, practical advice for addressing and resolving them.
