38th Annual National Labor Relations Board Labor Law Conference

Principal Jed Marcus will speak on “Ethics: An Attorney’s Duty of Competence with Technology” at the 38th Annual National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) Labor Law Conference held in conjunction with New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA).

Jed will provide the management perspective in addressing an attorney’s duty of competence, including competence with technology, and the problems that can arise when attorneys do not have the requisite level of competence.
