Thomas Weisenbeck will speak on probate mediation at a CLE seminar sponsored by The Justice Marie L. Garibaldi American Inn of Court for Alternative Dispute Resolution on Thursday, October 8.
Thomas will join panelists Shirley B. Whitenack, President of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Christopher Luongo, Morris County Deputy Surrogate to discuss what makes probate mediation unique. The program is moderated by Terri Reicher, the President of the Marie Garibaldi Inn of Court for ADR.
