Jillian Mooney will speak on “The Role and Responsibilities of Licensed Site Remediation Professionals” at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s (NJDEP’s) Cooperative Venture Project/Site Remediation Advisory Group meeting on March 9.
She will provide the legal perspective on the duties of LSRPs Of Record for sites undergoing remediation as well as issues that arise when an LSRP performs work at a site while not retained as Of Record or retained as Of Record for only limited portions of the site.
