NJICLE Seminar: Understanding and Presenting Legal Malpractice Claims

Bressler Principal Diana Manning will speak on “Understanding and Presenting Legal Malpractice Claims” at a New Jersey Institute for Continuing Education (NJICLE) Seminar at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ on Friday, August 12, 2016.

Topics to be discussed include causes of action that give rise to the legal malpractice claim, evaluating the case and drafting the compliant, trial tactics, defense, insurance policy concerns and settlement strategy.
