Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national practice, seeks a Commercial Litigation/Professional Malpractice Associate for its’ Florham Park, New Jersey office.

Qualified candidates for this position must have one to three years of complex commercial litigation experience, including resolution of depositions, and mediations. Federal clerkship experience is also preferred.

The person hired for this position will work directly with partners and other team members to contribute to a dynamic litigation practice and will work side by side with partners on insurance claims analyses and litigation. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage and prioritize caseloads while handling complex matters.

Candidate must be a motivated, self-starter who possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fun, collaborative environment. The candidate must demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest quality client service, be able to identify and resolve problems promptly, be conscientious concerning work completion and deadlines, and be detail-oriented.
