Bressler, Amery & Ross, a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national practice, seeks an Office Services Clerk for its’ Florham Park, NJ office.  Hours are 10am - 6pm with an hour lunch break.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Efficient function of office copiers and mail equipment; arrange for repairs and updates as needed.
  • Operate photocopiers and assist attorneys and staff with photocopy requests.
  • Stock copy machines with paper and keep work areas neat.
  • Process mail and outgoing overnight items.
  • Gather confidential destruction documents for pick up.
  • Provide meeting services as needed, i.e., make coffee, catering set ups, clean conference rooms and visitor offices.
  • Replenishment of office supplies.
  • Conduct firm-related errands.
  • Coordinate office moves, assist with furniture set-up.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education:

  • One to two years of experience in a legal environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • A considerable amount of standing, walking and lifting is required for this position; must be able to lift 35 – 50 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
