Joelle Simms will speak at the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association Annual Meeting and Securities Law Seminar taking place October 9 - October 12, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, Florida.
Joelle will participate on a panel on Thursday, October 11 at 11:00AM titled "Option Cases." This program focuses on understanding the different types of option cases, including the various risk levels associated with various options strategies, how to tailor your discovery requests, understanding the supervision required for options accounts, and what issues to focus on at final hearing.
