In her role as chair-elect, Johnson will support the Securities Law Section’s initiatives and leadership efforts while contributing to programming, member engagement and strategic priorities for the upcoming fiscal year.
The Securities Law Section includes attorneys from both the plaintiff and defense bars, corporate counsel, judges, compliance professionals and academics. The Section serves as a resource for legal professionals engaged in securities litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters while providing opportunities to network, collaborate, and stay informed on developments in securities law.
