Congratulations to Donnie Winningham and Catherine Crowe who were among 88 Alabama attorneys honored by the Alabama Supreme Court on Tuesday, October 26 for providing 50 or more hours of pro bono service to poor and low-income clients in 2014.
Both Donnie and Catherine volunteer with the Birmingham Bar Volunteer Lawyers Program (BBVLP), a program that helps attorneys provide free legal services to low-income citizens unable to afford attorneys who need help with civil legal problems.
Donnie also recently served on the Pro Hops Vino! Committee helping to organize the first Pro Hops Vino! Party to raise funds for the Birmingham Bar Volunteer Lawyers Program.
