Anthony Q. Peyton

Anthony Peyton is an associate in the Firm's Florida Insurance Defense group. He focuses his practice on litigation and represents insurance carriers in first-party insurance defense matters. He also has extensive experience in defending personal injury protection claims.

Before entering private practice, Anthony served as a member of the general counsel team for a large insurance carrier, overseeing a high volume of Insurance Defense Litigation from inception to trial. Anthony also has diverse experience in the public sector as a senior Trial Attorney for the Florida Department of Transportation, an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau, and an Assistant State Attorney for the Florida State Attorney's Office in the 9th Judicial Circuit.

Anthony received his B.A. in International Affairs and J.D. in Law from Florida State University.

Anthony is the proud father of five (5) college graduates and has been married since 1999. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys watching football on the collegiate and professional levels.
