Overview

Jillian K. Mooney, counsel in the firm's Environmental Law practice group, concentrates her practice on complex regulatory and transactional matters, including site remediation and ISRA, permitting, due diligence compliance, and enforcement defense. She also represents clients in environmental litigation issues, including CERCLA, the Spill Act, and insurance recovery.

While at Boston College Law School, Jillian served as Managing Editor of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. She earned her B.A. in Environmental Policy from Barnard College and her M.P.A. in Environmental Science, Policy and Management from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. 

Jillian is Chair of the New Jersey Society of Women Environmental Professionals and is on the Board of the Justice Stewart G. Pollock Environmental American Inn of Court.

Since 2011, Jillian has been included on the New Jersey Super Lawyers "Rising Star" list for Environmental Law.
