Jonathan Ocampo is an associate in the firm's Insurance practice area in our Miami office. He primarily defends first-party property insurance claims involving denial of coverage, scope and pricing, and mitigation company assignment of benefit cases. His experience also extends to cases involving fraud (SIU) investigations.
Prior to joining Bressler, Jonathan worked for a regionally ranked multi-practice law firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where he focused on first-party property and personal injury protection insurance claims.
While in law school, Jonathan clerked at an international firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he worked on cross-border transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, international and domestic tax planning, and corporate structuring. He also helped negotiate and secure various U.S. domestic and foreign joint ventures.
Jonathan received his J.D. in 2018 from Georgetown University Law Center. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, in 2013 from Florida International University in Philosophy.
