Kevin is an associate in the Firm’s Trust and Estate Litigation, Corporate Fiduciaries, and Financial Institutions practice groups.
Kevin is a litigator who focuses his practice on representing fiduciaries such as executors, trustees and guardians; business owners; and individual and charitable beneficiaries in disputes involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty, fiduciary misconduct and fraud in estate or trust administration, financial elder abuse, will and trust challenges, adult guardianships and corporate/partnership divorce.
Kevin also represents broker-dealers and registered representatives in securities litigation, and arbitration in front of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
An alumnus of the Bressler summer associate program, Kevin joined the firm upon receiving his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Kevin served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Cathy L. Waldor, U.S.M.J., in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. He also participated in the University of Miami’s Investor Rights Clinic, representing under-served investors in securities arbitrations.
Kevin holds a B.A. from Boston College. Prior to attending law school, he worked at State Street Corporation and BNY Mellon Wealth Management in Boston.
