Kirstin Grice is an associate in the Insurance Litigation group in our Fort Lauderdale office where she litigates first-party property damage insurance claims.

Prior to joining Bressler, Kirstin served as an associate in other firms working on workers’ compensation matters, healthcare appraisals, and issues related to insurance defense. Kirstin received her J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law after earning a B.S. in Business Administration, also at Florida State.

During her time at Florida State, she served as Articles Editor for Florida State University Law Review, Volume 43 and a Research Teaching Assistant. Kirstin was a Florida Bar Scholarship recipient, Student Attorney at the F.S.U. Public Interest Law Center, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society Vice President. She also received the Distinguished Pro Bono Service award.
