Jeny Zarmon is an associate in the firm’s Financial Institutions and Commercial Litigation practice groups.

Jeny handles a wide variety of commercial and securities matters.  Her financial institutions practice is devoted to effectively and zealously representing financial institutions, broker-dealers, and investment advisers in FINRA arbitrations.  She has successfully handled matters involving claims such as unauthorized trading, churning, unsuitability, fraud and misrepresentation.  Jeny’s diverse commercial practice involves representing corporate clients in state and federal court.  In all of her practice, she strives to learn and understand her clients’ business models and goals, so that she may successfully incorporate them into her legal strategy.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeny was an associate in the commercial services group at a national law firm, where she represented clients in business and commercial disputes.  She successfully handled matters involving complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, copyright, trade secrets, consumer fraud actions, and business torts.  Jeny regularly encountered and successfully navigated complex issues involving contract interpretation in commercial transactions.

Before practicing law, Jeny served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter F. Bariso, Jr., A.J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County.  Jeny earned her J.D. cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law.  While at Seton Hall, she was a Chancellor Scholar, Clifford Fellow, a student attorney with the Civil Rights and Constitutional Litigation Clinic, and the Senior Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Circuit Review.
