Wesley is an associate in the firm's Financial Institutions practice area.
Prior to joining Bressler as an associate, Wesley worked with the firm as a summer associate, focusing on financial institutions. Before that, he worked as a law clerk at a national firm, focusing mainly on real estate and residential foreclosures.
Wesley was part of a dual-degree program at Boston University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude with a J.D., as well as an LL.M. in Tax, in 2019. He received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida in 2016, also graduating cum laude.
While earning his J.D., Wesley was a staff member on the Journal of Science & Technology Law, and was part of the Civil Litigation Clinic, aiding in the legal representation of those in need with respect to unemployment benefits and eviction cases. He was also the Treasurer of the Latin American Law Student Association (LALSA).
In his second year of law school, Wesley was named a Paul J. Liacos Distinguished Scholar, placing in the top 5% of the class. In his third year, he was named an Edward F. Hennessey Distinguished Scholar, placing in the top 2% of the class. In his LL.M. program, he placed in the top 6% of the class.
Wesley is fluent in both English and Spanish.
