Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (April 11, 2024) – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of four attorneys to the Fort Lauderdale office. Roxanne Rehm joins the firm as a Principal in the Insurance & Healthcare Regulatory Compliance and Transactional and the Financial Institutions practice groups. Joshua Goodman, Corey Roberts and Christina Roye join the firm as Associates in the Insurance Defense practice group.

Roxanne Rehm focuses her practice on securities and investments, including insurance products, and assists her clients with the retail sales of non-deposit investment products (RNDIP) occurring on or from depository institution premises or to depository institution clients; FINRA and SEC regulatory exams, inquiries and investigations; pre-litigation customer disputes involving securities and investments; and insurance agency activities related to the sale, solicitation and marketing of insurance and annuities. As a member of Bressler's Senior and Vulnerable Investor Group, Roxanne also advises corporate clients on preventing and reporting senior financial abuse. She earned her law degree from Florida State University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida.

Joshua G. Goodman focuses his practice on defending property insurance carriers in litigation disputes and assisting clients with commercial litigation matters involving financial institutions. Prior to joining Bressler, Josh gained experience as a litigation associate representing property insurance companies both local to Florida and national Fortune 500 clients throughout the various stages of litigation. Josh earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and his undergraduate degree in political science from Emory University.

Corey J. Roberts represents clients in insurance defense litigation. During law school, Corey served as the Student Bar Association president and secretary and received Rookie of the Year for the Dispute Resolution Board. He also gained experience as an intern to the Honorable Cory J. Ciklin for the Fourth Circuit District Court of Appeal and as a Judicial intern to the Honorable Sean P. Flynn for the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. Corey received his law degree cum laude from Stetson University College of Law and his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Florida.

Christina Roye focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation. She previously served as in-house counsel for a major property & casualty insurance company. She boasts experience litigating and successfully representing insurance companies against property insurance cases and handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, managing the discovery process, conducting legal research and depositions, negotiating settlements, and handling all facets of jury trials. Christina earned her law degree from St. Thomas University Law School and her undergraduate degree from the Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University.
