- Personal representation of individual employees
- Protecting the attorney-client privilege
- SEC’s recent guidance on non-disclosure agreements

The panel will include Hassan A. Abedi of Merrill Lynch, Dominique Bright-Wheeler of Capital One and Dennis J. Capriglione of Wells Fargo Advisors.

From the ABA website:
This consistently popular annual seminar – now over 30 years old but constantly fresh and relevant – is well known as the ideal event for in-house and outside counsel to come together, hear about new legal challenges they face in representing the companies they serve, and pick up new information to make them more effective business litigators and litigation managers.
