At Bressler, we are driven to raise the bar and challenge the status quo to create a firm where lawyers and professional staff want to be. Bressler is a different kind of law firm. We view every new hire as an investment in the future success of our firm. Our success was built on the talent of our people. We believe every employee, at every level, is important – all employees are appreciated members of our community and ‘real’ people that are valued and supported.

We welcome candidates at all levels who share our values of teamwork in our legal services, collegiality, and an unrelenting commitment to client service. We are committed to building a workforce that incorporates a variety of backgrounds, experiences, ideas, and perspectives, and that reflects the clients we serve. As a member of the Bressler team, you will encounter a collegial, family-oriented environment, where everyone goes the extra mile to produce the highest quality legal services.

Cultural Integration

The firm has designed several programs to provide our people with the necessary support they need when joining the Bressler team.

Associates Committee: This Committee is responsible for welcoming and assisting in integrating all new and lateral associates into the firm, including orientation, mentoring, training, and social activities.

Principal Tracking Committee: This committee is designed to oversee Bressler’s principal nominating process and is intended to identify and assess candidates whose track record, legal skills, practice development, firm cultural integration, client service, and leadership skills are indicative of continued success at Bressler.

Mentoring: Mentors are a critical asset to career development. We have a formal mentoring committee that pairs associate with more senior attorneys as they progress and advance in their careers. Mentors and mentees at the firm are offered training on goal setting and career action plans.

Summer Associate Program: We are committed to helping aspiring lawyers develop careers they can be proud of. Through our summer associate program, we strive to give law students an accurate sense of what it is like to work as a first-year associate at Bressler, and provide a real-world law firm experience.

Staff Advisory: Comprised of knowledgeable members from various offices and positions, including firm principals, attorneys, staff and members of our HR team, this group supports the goals and objectives of the firm and represents staff employees' interests. The committee's purpose is to seek input from staff on current firm issues and to provide input and exchange ideas.
