Hope Zelinger has been named the Managing Principal of our Miami office. Hope is Bressler’s first female managing principal, and the youngest attorney appointed to lead an office. Hope’s election to a top leadership position is only the most recent example of the firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Lauren Fenton-Valdivia has been named Chair of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. As Diversity Chair, Lauren will continue to work closely with the firm’s leadership on strategic diversity initiatives, and will lead the charge in continuing to increase diversity and embrace inclusion in the legal profession.
- Diana Manning Appointed Vice-Chair of NJSBA Appellate Practice Committee for 2019-2020
The Appellate Practice Special Committee addresses all issues which affect practices and procedures in the Appellate Division and Supreme Court of New Jersey, including, but not limited to, commenting on proposed amendments to court rules; promoting an open and ongoing exchange of views with appellate judges and court administrators; and sponsoring cooperative efforts between the Bench and the Association in order to enhance the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of justice at the appellate level.
- Mark Knoll Named Managing Principal of Bressler’s New York Office
Mark Knoll has been named Managing Principal of its New York office. Mark succeeds Andy Sidman, who has managed the office since 2007. The firm also announced that Mark and Andy will co-chair its Financial Institutions Regulatory Defense Practice. Mark provides advice and counseling to broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures and other financial services firms in regulatory enforcement, compliance and litigation matters.
