Principal Jed Marcus will be chairing a discussion on Non-Competes at the 72nd Annual Meeting of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA). The conference will be virtual due to COVID-19, and will take place from June 13th-16th. Jed's program is titled "NonCompete Agreements: Regulation, Wage Suppression and Income Inequality", and will take place on June 15, 2020.
