Principal Cynthia Borrelli will speak on “Examining the Implications of Recent Health Insurance Consolidation, and the Latest Issues Related to the Seeming Demise of Health Insurance CO-OPs” at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI”s) 11th National Forum on Insurance Regulation on Tuesday, March 1.
Cynthia along with other panelists will discuss the recent rise in mergers in the health insurance sector and the potential antitrust risks and concerns and the recent failures of the “Consumer Operated and Oriented Plans” created under the ACA.
