Alise Johnson was a panelist at the 2022 National Association of Federal Receivers Annual Conference on September 16th. The presentation titled, "THE CYBER SIDE OF RECEIVERSHIPS: Tales from the Battlefield", gathered experts in receiverships, legal and cyber to present a mock evidentiary hearing which
examined various issues present on the “Digital Battlefield.”
