On Thursday, March 25, 2021, Andrew Egan will be a panel presenter at the Essex County Bar Association Program Hot Topics in Chancery Practice. The panel of practicing attorneys and members of the bench will discuss chancery court jurisdiction, procedures of the chancery division, orders to show cause and summary actions, corporate divorce and shareholder actions, restrictive covenants, and virtual trials. Andy will specifically discuss corporate divorce and small business breakups.
