Bressler Principal Jed Marcus will be presenting at The Academy of New Jersey Management Attorneys seminar titled "Litigating the Employment Case: Advanced Issues III." The program will take place on Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 8:30am - 12:30 pm at the offices of Bressler, Amery & Ross in Florham Park, New Jersey. Jed will be speaking from 11:25 am - 12:20 pm on the topic of "Proposed Changes to RPC 8.4 (g)."
