Impact America engages recent graduates and college students to address community needs, empowering a generation through collaborative efforts to promote change in the communities they serve. SpeakFirst, an Impact America initiative, helps Birmingham's most talented students to find their potential compromised by a lack of rigorous academic opportunities. SpeakFirst uses academic debate as a platform to support these students and guide them on a path toward excellence in college and beyond. The Magnificent Seven Event celebrates the announcement of the college choices and scholarships obtained by the seniors in the program.
