On June 29, 2016, Principal Michael Hensley and Associate Lauren Fenton-Valdivia will present a CLE program to in-house counsel in Madison, NJ.
The program will consider three distinct categories of ethical issues that face in-house attorneys; (1) attorney/client privilege and waiver, (2) the common interest doctrine, including recent New York case law that limits the use of the doctrine, and (3) social media and juror research, including the parameters of permissible research, an attorney's ethical duty to engage in such research and repercussions of the failure to do so
